Meet Ron Stein

Ron Stein has a passion for helping companies achieve their most important mission - selling more of their products and services - by sharing his expertise with small and midsized businesses as a coach,  author, consultant, seminar leader, and keynote speaker.

Ron writes a popular weekly column on marketing and sales in Florida Trend Business magazine and is the author of the Rapid Impact Marketing and Selling Playbook.

He is currently a member of the advisory teams at two nationally recognized entrepreneurial and start up business accelerators - USF Connect at the University of South Florida and the Tampa Bay Innovation Center. In addition, he has been a guest teacher and lecturer at the University of Florida Center For Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

In the not too distant past, Ron was a featured speaker at conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is also active in the Central Pinellas Chamber of Commerce where he sits on the Business Development Council.

As president of FastPath Marketing, he works with companies to overcome their marketing and sales challenges. With a practical and hands-on approach to driving more sales, he helps companies put a step-by-step plan of action in motion that separates them from the competition and closes more deals.

Whether it's developing an effective marketing plan, weekly phone calls to help blast through roadblocks, or actively making sales calls on behalf of client companies, his efforts result in more qualified leads generated and more revenue.

Ron is the creator of the FastPath to More Customers Now™ marketing and sales mastery program, which he offers to private clients and presents at workshops. More than a powerful turnkey marketing system, participants end up with concrete and actionable strategies, tactics, tools, and timelines for revenue success. Before starting FastPath Marketing in 2003, he invested over 20 years working in marketing, sales, and business development. He has held key positions including CEO, Division General Manager, VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, and field salesman for startups and industry leaders such as Motorola, Promptus, VideoServer, Paradyne, and SercoNet.

His wide ranging business experience includes all aspects of running a company including investment funding, strategic partnerships, channel development, international sales, press relations, and intellectual property.

He graduated from the University of Florida and is an alumnus of Holden Power Base Selling. Currently, he makes his home in a small island town in the Tampa Bay area of Florida with his wife, his best friend, and is active in his community.
